RO was recently awarded the 1301 South Lamar office and retail project, totaling 145,000 SF. The four-story building will offer ground-level retail with office space above, as well as two levels of underground parking, totaling 700 spaces. RO is excited to work on this development, which is located just down the street from its Austin office.
