Rogers-O’Brien was the premier builder of a 29,500 square foot, single story precast concrete data center in Allen, Texas for Compass Datacenters.  The facility is home to 24,000 square feet of white space and support area, and 5,500 square feet of office space. It is a 1.2MW N+1 facility. Overall, the facility is rated for a 3.4MW load.
