This two-phase, 200,000-SF project was completed in nine months and included the following equipment:

• 8 – 2.25-MW generators
• 24 – 750-kW UPSs
• 48 – 600A STS/PDUs
• 8 – 474-ton chillers
• 24 – 6,000 CFM CRAC units

Phase I included an 86,297-SF build-out of Data Hall, including 40,000 SF of white space. 2.25 MW Day 1 with infrastructure included allowing an immediate expansion to 4.5 MW. The 29,733-SF interior finish-out includes the office, main lobby and corridors of the existing shell building.

Phase II encompassed the complete MEP fit-out of the existing facility as well as a tenant office fit-out. During Phase I, Rogers-O’Brien installed 2.25 MW, and in this second phase included 6.75 MW for a total of a 9-MW facility. This second-phase schedule was 16 weeks from start through level 5 commissioning.
