SAT V (Completed): The CyrusOne Texas Research Park SAT V project is a new construction, two-story, 18MW data center. The facility includes 2N redundancy, allowing it to operate independently if a system goes offline. Phases Two and Three included 9MW of work completed in a live environment with an operating client in the building. During construction, the Owner maintained a separate scope of work for the end user within RO’s construction limits, requiring additional coordination with third-party trade partners to keep both scopes aligned and on schedule.

SAT VI (Under Construction): The CyrusOne Texas Research Park SAT VI project is a separate new construction, two-story data center currently under construction. Upon completion, the facility will include 2N redundancy to support uninterrupted operations. Phases Two and Three include 9MW of work being executed in a live environment with an operating client in the building, requiring careful coordination to maintain uptime, safety, and schedule.
