As part of the Fort Bend ISD 2023 Bond Program, RO was selected as the premier builder of the Briargate Elementary School Rebuild project.

The project consists of replacing the existing school with a new facility spanning 128,000 SF.

Designed to accommodate 1,000 students, the new school will feature multi-use education rooms, art and music rooms, gymnasiums, libraries, open-concept interiors with ample natural light, and collaboration areas.

Additionally, the project includes the provision of new technology and safe, fenced-in play areas, as well as site work, landscaping, and play fields.
