Collaborating with HOK, a trusted architectural partner, we transformed this three-story, 30,000 SF building into a state-of-the-art facility for county services.

This comprehensive renovation included upgrades to all three floors and a refreshed exterior, creating a welcoming, modern space in the heart of Waxahachie. The facility now houses essential county services, including the Tax Office, Veterans Services, Development Department, County Engineering, Purchasing, and Human Resources.

With centralized, accessible services in a thoughtfully redesigned space, Ellis County is equipped to better serve its growing community, delivering convenience and efficiency in a newly modernized environment.
