RO completed the new Rackspace Headquarters in San Antonio, covering 82,000 SF across four floors in the main building and an annex area.

The annex renovation included updated offices and storage spaces with sealed concrete flooring, selective demolition, and construction of new partitions, ceilings, and finishes. Additionally, the mechanical and electrical systems were upgraded, and a fully sprinkled mailroom with an overhead coiling door was added.

The main office building features a customer success center, IT area, gym, lobby, wellness rooms, offices, collaborative and meeting spaces, break areas, and open offices. This fast-track project was completed in just eight months.
