This project consists of a 150,252 SF four-story tilt wall office building, parking garage and associated site work at the intersection of Legacy and Parkwood in Plano.  The interior portion of the project included Class A conditions including a high-end lobby, monumental staircase, modern restrooms, and completion of office space, including furniture installation. The two-story parking garage accommodates 703 spaces over 234,300 SF.
