Rogers-O’Brien, in a joint venture with Choate Construction, a Citadel National partner, completed the construction of a 557,000-SF, single-story industrial water bottling and distribution plant. The $85 million bottling plant was constructed on 30.77 acres of land at the intersection of Rio Nogales Drive and Eighth Street.
