A specialty pharmaceutical company that develops and commercializes innovative products for supportive care of pain patients. The project entailed the interior demolition of a 60,000-SF warehouse and the interior build-out of a new pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. Along with the renovation of the exterior façade, the project scope also includes the addition of an 8,000-SF Class 10,000 cleanroom and another 20,000 SF of process space to accommodate the manufacturing of a range of patented pharmaceutical products.
