Annette Caldwell Simmons Hall is a 56,000-SF facility on the SMU campus and is home to the School of Education and Human Development. The building includes the physiology of exercise and a biomechanical laboratory, along with deans offices and multiple classrooms. The structure is cast-in-place with a structural steel roof, slate tiles and a masonry veneer. The project received two awards by the American Subcontractors Association for Outstanding Project Under $25 Million and Outstanding Project Team Under $50 Million, and is LEED Gold-certified.
