Rogers-O'Brien is currently constructing a new 129,000 SF building for the Texas State Technical College (TSTC) Waco campus. Scheduled to open in Spring 2026, this state-of-the-art facility will be built with tiltwall panels, structural steel, and glazing systems.

This building will cater to various programs in construction technology, focusing on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, solar, and HVAC disciplines. It will also include student gathering spaces, faculty breakrooms, offices, labs, and administrative offices, designed to prioritize Performance Based Education (PBE). This adaptable learning and assessment system allows students to demonstrate their knowledge and skills through performance-based tasks.

 

The project will also feature surface parking and pedestrian pathways, enhancing the overall campus experience. This new facility underscores RO's commitment to delivering modern, flexible educational environments that support advanced technical training and foster a collaborative learning atmosphere.
