Rogers-O'Brien completed the Law School revitalization project for Baylor University, marking our inaugural collaboration with this esteemed institution. This ambitious endeavor encompassed a comprehensive renovation spanning 34,000 SF across multiple levels.
The project entails a multifaceted approach, addressing various aspects of the Law School's infrastructure and functionality. Key components of our scope of work included general office space renovation, high-density book shelving relocation, kitchen space enhancement, security upgrades, new finishes and millwork, and MEP/F configurations.
The general office space renovation optimizes office areas to facilitate administrative efficiency and staff productivity. The relocation of high-density book shelving required meticulous planning and execution to preserve the integrity of the Law School. The MEP/F configurations includes upgrading mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems essential for modernizing the infrastructure. The renovated space's aesthetic appeal will be elevated by incorporating premium finishes and bespoke millwork while matching existing custom designs for a seamless flow to protect the Law School's prestigious identity.
We are honored to have embarked on this transformative journey with Baylor University to deliver a space that exceeds expectations and enriches the educational experience.
