The 130,000-square-foot, five-story tilt-wall building features its own structured 600-space parking garage and a variety of green building elements to help earn a LEED-silvercertification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
The design of this best-in-class medical office space is in part informed by COVID-19. Health and safety measures guided the building’s development, factoring into certain elements of the interior, such as patient waiting areas.
The project is located across from the Dell Children’s in the Mueller development, one of the nation’s most notable mixed-income, mixed-use communities located in the heart of Austin. The 700-acre site of Austin’s former airport is being transformed into a diverse, sustainable, compatible, revitalizing and fiscally responsible master-planned community.
