The Medical Park Tower Upgrade and Renovation project includes a complete renovation of the building common areas, including lobby, elevator lobbies, and restrooms. On the exterior, RO was responsible for constructing a new entry canopy for patient drop-off, as well as a roofng and facade replacement and a new panelized curtain wall system on the existing 53-year-old Medical Park Tower.

This project also includes a HVAC overhaul, including new VAVs, two large air handlers, and a new chiller system. RO is also tasked with a landscaping, adding a retaining wall and a parking refresh, including signage and monument replacements. The building is seven stories tall, plus two below-grade parking levels. The project is targeting LEED Silver, consisting of energy efficiency upgrades such as new LED light fixtures and new AHUs.
