Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital - Rockwall

Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital - Rockwall

Rockwall, Texas

Architect: Perkins + Will

Owner: Texas Health Resources/Presbyterian

Rogers-O’Brien is currently on-site at the Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Rockwall campus completing a multi-phased expansion and renovation of the fully-occupied hospital. Recently, we were awarded the expansion and extensive renovation to modernize the existing hospital; originally constructed by RO. The scope of work encompasses the vertical and horizontal expansion of two floors with finish out on top of the existing two-floor bed tower. A new central utility plant will be constructed and once completed, renovations and movement of existing equipment will be done. There will be additions to the OR suites, the emergency room suites, a new pharmacy, and new dining areas. The project scope also includes the renovation of the main lobby of the hospital, as well as the existing OR suites, ER suites, kitchen, labs, and miscellaneous patient and treatment rooms. The renovations range from major renovations to minor/cosmetic renovations. All of this work will be done while the hospital is at full capacity and performing all of its operations.

This is a multi-phased project with expansions and renovations being performed concurrently.

Texas Health is a repeat customer for Rogers-O’Brien.
