Rogers-O’Brien provided preconstruction and construction services, including design-assist, for this ground-up seven-story medical office building located on the southwest corner of Medical Drive and Floyd Curl Drive in Northwest San Antonio, the largest medical office market in the city.  The new seven-story building was built on top of an existing functional pedestrian tunnel. The building is constructed with structural steel framing with composite concrete floor decks, exterior metal stud walls with glass, aluminum composite metal panels and EFIS.
