Rogers-O’Brien completed Victor Technologies’ new offices and the addition of a distribution center to their existing facility that combines Victor Technologies with ESAB, a global manufacturing company. This 175,000-SF facility houses financial, accounting, customer service, sales and training functions. RO’s scope included part of the road in front of the facility.
