Rogers-O’Brien, in a joint venture with Choate Construction, a Citadel National partner, completed the construction of a 553,000-SF, single-story industrial water bottling and distribution plant. This ground-up, tilt-wall project was completed near the intersection of Highways 99 and 1405.  Ontario, California-based Niagara is a leading family owned and operated beverage manufacturer in the United States. Niagara supplies private-label bottled water and other beverages to grocery, club store, convenience and wholesale customers.
