Rogers-O’Brien Construction (RO) is proud to have broken ground on the Jubilee Clinic, located near Fair Park in Southeast Dallas. Once completed, the 15,000 square-foot clinic will serve the low-income South Dallas community, offering a variety of services such as: primary medicine and dental, as well as free programs to support nutrition and fitness, and Southeast Dallas’ only free mental and behavioral clinic. The clinic is slated to open in the summer of 2022 and will serve approximately 3,500 people in its first year.
RO is honored to partner with the nonprofit Jubilee Park & Community Center, KDC Real Estate Development Company and th+a architects to bring this project to life.
