EXCITING NEW CONSTRUCTION IN THE CYPRESS WATERS DEVELOPMENT
RO is proud to be a trusted construction partner for Billingsley Company, which has brought urban developments to the Dallas region for over four decades. Recently, Billingsley has brought high growth to the Cypress Waters development located in Coppell, Texas.
Located in Cypress Waters lies retail, dining, corporate offices, residential apartments and townhomes, and even an outdoor concert amphitheater. Ample walk and bike paths outline the area, and residents and visitors benefit from a quick five-minute drive to the DFW International Airport.
RO has completed several projects on the property, including Signet Jewelers Headquarters, and most recently, 3401 & 3501 Olympus. Our most recent project to undertake with Billingsley, is the 2999 Olympus office building, designed by O’Brien Architects.
Dallas Business Journal writes:
“Local developer Billingsley Co. has broken ground on its first 10-story office building at Cypress Waters.
The building, addressed at 2999 Olympus Blvd., will offer 300,000 square feet of office space and 30,000-square-foot floor plates. Amenities will include a four per 1,000 parking ratio, a fitness center, conference center and walkability to various amenities and outdoor green spaces.
The building has been designed by O'Brien Architects while Rogers-O'Brien Construction will build it. Lucy Burns and Marijke Lantz of Billingsley Co. will handle leasing of the property. The project is speculative and is scheduled to be completed by third quarter 2022. Besides 2999 Olympus Blvd., two more office buildings are being planned next door overlooking North Lake. Each building is being marketed as a build-to-suit.
Billingsley's 1,000-acre Cypress Waters mixed-use development has already proven to be a popular landing spot for corporate users. Over a dozen companies call the development home, while companies like 7-Eleven, Brinker International, Del Frisco’s, Nokia North America and OneSource Virtual all operate headquarters at Cypress Waters.
Besides office space, the development currently offers about 275,000 square feet of retail, 1,880 apartments and 2.5 miles of trails.�
