THE WESTIN SOUTHLAKE HOTEL TOPS OUT

The Rogers-O’Brien Construction (RO) project team held a celebratory BBQ lunch to mark the achievement of the construction milestone known as topping out on Wednesday, October 28. Topping out is one of the oldest traditions in the construction industry. It celebrates the completion of the highest point in the building, and typically marks the halfway milestone in the construction schedule. This is an exciting development for the Southlake, Texas community, and is slated to be completed in 2021.

The Westin Southlake hotel will provide five-star amenities and accommodations to the surrounding area, including the many clients and visitors of the headquarters of national companies in the area. Approximately eight miles from the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, the newly built Westin Hotel will be an accessible place for relaxation and luxury.

RO is proud to be the premier builder of the Westin Hotel, designed by OWT Architects. The luxury hotel will encompass 261 guest rooms, and approximately 50,000 square feet of conference rooms, ballrooms, and other amenities.
