As a Senior Staff Accountant, you will get the chance to take ownership and apply principles of accounting to record and analyze financial information, including managing job cost attributes in our ERP, responding to customer issues, resolving problems, and providing/reviewing financial statement disclosures related to our company’s construction activities.With your Four-year accounting degree and 3 years’ construction/job cost accounting experience, you will provide premier accounting services, delivering exceptional and accurate results for all internal and external partners.

 You are an adaptive learner with impeccable diligence whilst working in a fast-paced accounting environment. You have experience with analyzing and interpreting accounting data to perform quantitative analyses, audits, and varied reconciliations. You are an ambitious person who enjoys all aspects of the accounting realm and is eager to learn/develop your skills in the ever-growing construction industry!

 Other Responsibilities:

·         Oversee and participate in Monthly A/P, A/R, J/C, and G/L closing

·         Support the develop, implementation, and maintenance of A/R with direct communication to project managers on accuracy and timely funding

·         Manage accounting systems to ensure accurate data tracking

·         Direct and participate in cost analyses

·         Maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedules
