Marketing Intern

Working as a valued team member on the marketing team and on behalf of internal clients, the marketing intern is responsible for creating and maintaining marketing data and materials, as well as assisting the client relations process. The position is responsible for assisting with outgoing proposals for new business, project photography, internal communications, graphic design, marketing collaterals, award submissions, promotional item coordination, and assistance in other marketing initiatives to support the company’s business objectives.

Marketing

 Responsibilities:

• Assisting with and executing coordination, production, and scheduling of materials, primarily the response to RFQ/Ps and presentation development

• Participating in and supporting strategy development related to pursuits

• Contributing to the maintenance of resources and systems including CRM, the creative cloud library, and OpenAsset

• Effectively communicating the brand through custom development of visual and written content that demonstrates an understanding of the industry and passion for excellent design

• Composing compelling project or process narratives that tell RO’s story successfully

• Coordinating with team members, and other stakeholders to identify and collect information needed and define key differentiators for assigned projects

• Assisting in preparation of and executing materials for trade shows and conventions

• Partnering with RO’s communications team to identify additional strategic targets related to social media, web, conference engagement, and PR

 

Physical Demands:

• Occasional travel to other offices: Dallas, Houston, San Antonio

• Occasional travel to project sites

• Occasional travel to marketing related events, such as annual meetings, tradeshows, industry events, etc.

• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs
