Capital Ridge sits atop a hill in west Austin, a seven-story, 240,000 SF Class A office building paired with a nine-story parking garage. The building is the cornerstone of a development just north of Bee Cave Road on Highway 360, set next to the Hotel Granduca and accessible by a long, winding drive that climbs the ridge.

A subterranean tunnel connects the parking garage to the main lobby, lined with natural limestone walls and curated wall art that turn the walk from car to office into part of the arrival experience. Designed by Gromatzky Dupree & Associates, the project also included site work, a parking garage, a main entry drive, and a utility access road that connects the campus. The building is now home to a Fortune 100 technology company.
