President of RO’s Dallas/Fort Worth office, Leon Davis is known to many as the guy you call to get things done. Originally from Augusta, Georgia, Davis’s family moved to Texas due to a job transfer, which led him to attend Texas Tech University, where he received a degree in Construction Engineering Technology. Post-grad, Davis immediately joined the RO family, and can recount many amusing stories from his “green” days.

A true Texan at heart, you can find Leon bass fishing, hunting or two-stepping in his free time. An ideal Sunday for Leon is a BBQ dinner with his wife and kids, and rooting on the Dallas Cowboys.
