This 68,000 SF design-build tilt-wall facility in Allen, Texas serves as the North Texas corporate headquarters for Intelligent Epitaxy (IntelliEPI), a high-tech manufacturer of semiconductor wafers used in cellphones, cars, optical networks, and infrared detection systems. Set on 7.5 acres, the building consolidates IntelliEPI’s operations under one roof, driving efficiency today while leaving room to grow.

The facility is purpose-built around how IntelliEPI works: 21,400 SF of office space for administrative and operational teams, 37,350 SF of manufacturing and warehouse space engineered to optimize production workflows, and 9,150 SF of clean room space critical to precision manufacturing. The standout is a craneway integrated into the manufacturing area, strategically designed to boost productivity and streamline operations.
