Triangle Brick Manufacturing Plant

To help Triangle Brick expand their production, RO built a 400,000-SF, state-of-the-art complex featuring multiple pre-engineered metal buildings. The facility includes a main plant, clay storage, grinding areas, maintenance facilities, sorting and wrap station, fuel tank area, loading dock, and sales office, all built for efficiency and scale. Equipped with advanced robotics and one of the largest automated kilns in the U.S., the new plant increases Triangle Brick’s annual production by 100 million standard units.

Completed under a design-build contract, we worked closely with the owner and their civil engineering partner, Freese and Nichols, to turn prototype designs into a fully operational facility. By collaborating early with trade partners, we kept the project moving forward and delivered a smart, streamlined solution built to last.
