Welcome to Our New Digital Home

A note from Justin McAfee, CEO

If this is your first stop on RO’s new website, welcome.

You’re looking at something that’s been a long time coming and a labor of love from people across our company. We’re sharing this story because this launch feels like more than a website update. It marks a new chapter in how we tell our story, how we welcome new people into the RO family, and how we connect with the clients, partners, and communities we serve across Texas.

THE WHY

Our previous site served us well for years. It carried our brand, showcased our work, and introduced countless people to Rogers-O’Brien. But with five regional offices, 800+ teammates, and projects stretching from the Panhandle to the Gulf Coast, we needed a corner of the internet that could keep pace with who we’ve become.

We needed a website that works the same way our teams do every day: always looking for a better way.

This new site is faster, more flexible, and most importantly, it puts the things that matter most at RO—our people, our work, and our values—front and center.

THE WHO

This project was built the same way we build everything at RO: together.

Our Marketing and Communications team led the effort, partnering with HART Studio to bring a fresh vision for the RO brand online. Their thoughtful approach to design, user experience, and storytelling helped us create a website that feels distinctly RO while positioning us for the future.

Along the way, teammates from every region and department contributed ideas, stories, project information, photos, and feedback. The result reflects the work of many people who care deeply about this company and the future we’re building.

THE HOW

Long before any code was written, we started with a simple question: Who is RO today?

That led us back to the foundation of our company: our purpose, our mission, our vision, and the values that guide how we work together.

Those values now live throughout the site and within a section we call The RO Ride:

Protect Life and Well-Being — People come first.
Stronger Together — One team, one goal.
Own the Outcome — Make it happen.
Find a Better Way — The best idea wins.

From there, the project moved through strategy sessions, wireframes, design reviews, content development, migration, testing, and finally, today’s launch.

WHAT’S NEXT

Like any good project, this launch isn’t a finish line; it’s a milestone.

This website arrives at a meaningful moment for RO. As we recently climbed to #74 on ENR’s Top 400 Contractors list, we’re reminded that growth is never about a number alone. It’s about the people, relationships, and values that make that growth possible.

We’ll continue adding new project stories, fresh content, and new ways to showcase the people and work that make RO special. As you explore the site, I hope you get a sense of who we are, what we believe, and why we’re so proud to do what we do.
