With more than 20 years of industry experience, 18 of them with RO, Chad Smith takes great pride in ensuring that all field staff are trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively and safely. As Field Director, Chad oversees the field operations of projects from start to finish, schedules tasks, develops project plans, monitors progress, manages project resources, and ensures on-time completion while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

When not on the job, Chad spends time with his family and two dogs, Duke and Minnie, or explores the outdoors.
