Neiman Marcus at Clearfork is a two-story luxury department store anchoring The Shops at Clearfork, a 270-acre retail destination in Fort Worth. The ground-up build features a distinctive precast exterior with layered architectural detailing across every elevation. Inside, designer shops from Zegna, David Yurman, Canali, Chanel, Gucci, and Prada surround the new Neiman Marcus Cafe. The lighting package includes more than 4,000 fixtures, most set into Level 5 finished drywall ceilings to meet the store’s high-end finish standard. Close coordination with the design team and vendor representatives produced seamless transitions between the main floor and each branded shop.
