INSYS Therapeutics is a specialty pharmaceutical company that develops and commercializes innovative products for the supportive care of pain patients. The INSYS Therapeutics Facility project entailed the interior demolition of a 60,000 SF warehouse and the interior build out of a new pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. Along with the renovation of the exterior façade, the project scope also included the addition of an 8,000 SF Class 10,000 Clean Room and another 20,000 SF of process space to accommodate the manufacturing of a range of patented pharmaceutical products.
