QTS DFW1 DC5 rises in Irving as a 36 MW, two-story data center for QTS Data Centers, adding to the QTS Irving 1 campus that now carries more than 165 MW of critical capacity across six facilities. RO delivered the complete structural steel and precast concrete package supporting the 36 MW build-out, executing the heavy-civil work that anchors the rest of the data hall fit-out. The campus serves hyperscale deployments with redundant fiber paths and renewable-sourced power options, and LEED Gold certification reflects QTS’s commitment to sustainable, high-performance infrastructure.
