Lark Austin

Lark Austin (formerly The Muze) is an 18-story student apartment building in the heart of UT Austin’s West Campus community, with three levels of below-grade parking and two above-grade. The tower has 15 floors of residential units in studio, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom furnished apartments, plus rooftop community amenities including a fitness area and an outdoor swimming pool deck. The first floor holds the lobby, leasing, and additional communal and mechanical spaces. Bicycle parking, electronic community access, private study rooms, a fully equipped business center, and a coffee bar provide residents with a program that supports both social life and academic focus.
