This project consists of a 150,252 SF four-story tilt wall office building, parking garage and associated site work at the intersection of Legacy and Parkwood in Plano.  The interior office portion of the project included typical Class A conditions including lobby, monumental stair and  restrooms finish-out. The two-story parking garage accommodates 703 spaces over 234,300 SF.

The Legacy Corporate Center project includes the heaviest panel in Texas and number two in the country.
