Rogers-O’Brien restored the endangered 1910 State Fair Coliseum facility, which now serves as a national museum focused on the historical achievements. and contributions of women.  Following governmental agency requirements, we replicated lobby entry walls that were installed in 1936 and restored the exterior to its 1936 condition.  The project won considerable recognition from a multitude of associations and from the state, including the Dallas Preservation Achievement Award, the Texas Building Branch-AGC Outstanding Construction Award, the Quoin Summit Award and the ABC Excellence in Construction Award.  The RO project team was recognized for their high-quality standards and level of cooperation with the City of Dallas and the Parks Department.
