City Place

Fort Worth, Texas

image description

Rogers-O’Brien has completed the redevelopment of the old City Place Center, a four-story building that once connected the iconic twin towers of the former Tandy Corporation headquarters. Taking its place is a new nine-level parking structure and 30,000 SF of retail space along a new street-level promenade, allowing pedestrians to flow through the site in the heart of downtown Fort Worth.  Rogers-O’Brien also completed the renovation of One City Place, the 19-story, south tower of the block. The 325,000 SF Class A office building features high-end finishes, state-of-the-art systems and a 2.5/1,000 parking ratio.
